Simplest Recipe for Instagram Ready Pan Fried Noodles

Cooking now-a-days is not just about gratifying your hunger but also a stage to experiment, investigate the creative in you and bring out all that is hidden by unfolding your imaginations and intuitions. 


In simple words, you need to prepare something which you can call your own and at the same time it must be brill enough to be your Insta Post. It’s trendy! 


So drifting away from usual orthodox Noodles recipe, I tried preparing a dish which I may call my own and eventually it came out to be delicious enough to appear in the feed of my Insta Followers. 

Before moving ahead with the recipe I would like my reader to know that in this recipe we will not be using any unhealthy ingredients like Ajinomoto, other fancy colorful sauces, etc. We only need vegetables and just two kinds of Indian spices which you can easily find in every Indian kitchen. 

Here goes the list of ingredients : 
  • Boiled Noodles 

While boiling the noodles, please add pinch of salt and once the noodle is completely boiled then wash it with cold water. Then spread one tea spoon oil on the noodles and mix it well with your hands. This will avoid sticking of noodles. 

Vegetables list : 


  • Onions 
  • Cabbage 
  • Green Chillies 
  • Tomatoes 
  • Capsicum 


If you wish you may add more green vegetables. However, in my fridge I just found that much stuff. 

Spices : 
  • Chicken Masala (half tea spoon)
  • Kashmiri Mirch Powder (half tea spoon) 
Please don’t get surprised to see Chicken Masala for Noodles. After all it was an experimental dish. 

Let’s begin !

First take one spoon refined oil in a pan and put it on flame. After the oil is enough hot, add onions and green chillies. After one minute, add onions and capsicum. Mix well for 5 minutes. 
Now add half tea spoon Kashmiri Mirch Powder and some salt. Fry for 5 minutes. By now the spices should be well fried with oil oozing out from the corners of the thick paste. 

Now add cabbage and mix nicely so that the thick mixture of spices and vegetables get evenly mixed with he cabbage. Fry the cabbage for 10 minutes on high flame. After this you will be done with your vegetable part. You may take out the fried veggies and empty that on your serving dish. Spread well by making an even layer on the entire plate. 





Now let’s heat half tea spoon refined oil in another pan.  Add boiled noodles to it and fry well for 3 minutes. Now add half tea spoon chicken masala and keep frying for next 5 minutes. Your Noodles should look golden by now. After this lay out the fried noodles on top of the Veggie spread. Please make sure that noodle don’t hide the entire veggie spread but it should be heaped in the middle of the dish allowing the veggie spread visible around it. This gives a fancy look to your preparation. 

You may add raw tomatoes, onion, lemon, etc as add-ons to decorate your Pan Fried Veg Noodles.
