Johansson, 34, toped Forbes' list of top female earners with ₹410 crore in pretax earnings from June 1, 2018 to June 1, 2019 – primarily thanks to her role as Black Widow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In addition to an 8-figure payout for her forthcoming Black Widow spin-off movie, she received an unprecedented ₹256 crore back-end for "Avengers: Endgame," the highest-grossing movie of all time.
